Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Xeta Systems, we value our supporters and enterprise allies. Due to the nature of our voluntary sponsorship tiers and API allocations, our refund policy is strictly outlined below to ensure transparency.

1. Voluntary Support & Sponsorships

Financial contributions made via the "Support Us" page (e.g., Caffeine Injector, Server Guardian) are considered voluntary backing for the developer and server infrastructure. As these funds are immediately allocated to cover cloud infrastructure costs, they are generally non-refundable.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If a technical error occurs during the Razorpay checkout process resulting in a duplicate charge, we will process a full refund for the duplicate amount.

  • You must notify us within 3 days of the erroneous transaction.
  • Please provide your Razorpay Payment ID to info@xeta.in.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, or UPI) used during the transaction. Delays depending on the user's banking institution may apply.

4. Cancellation of Enterprise Subscriptions

For "Enterprise Ally" tiers, cancellations must be requested 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
